What do you mean by screens?
“Screens” refer to the amount of devices that can watch our channels at any given time. a TV Box is included in your installation. You can add other screens by purchasing an additional box or by watching on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or Android Smart TV. Just download the NextGen TV app.
The app is asking for login information, where do i find it?

Will the NextGen TV app work on my device when i'm not home?
NextGen TV works exclusively on the NextGen Solutions network, which means you can access it anytime once you are home or at any premises where NextGen Fiber internet is installed. So yes, you can watch NextGen TV outside your home.
What is the cost for installation?
Currently, the cost for installation inclusive of a TV box is $6,000 JMD. You may purchase additional boxes anytime for the same price.
