Terms & Conditions

A minimum deposit is required to begin installation. Your sales representative will tell you what this figure is. Once payment is received, the installation will be carried out within 1-15 business days. 

New Installations which require more than 100 meters of fiber optic cable will be charged a fixed amount per meter for the remainder of the cable length.

Each customer is given a 14 day money back warranty after installation. If you are unsatisfied with the service within the 14 day warranty period, you are eligible for a refund of up to 70% of the installation fee.

The equipment installed on your premises, namely the Optical Network Unit (ONU) are property of NextGen Solutions Limited, if you choose to disconnect from our services or fail to pay your monthly bills, you will be required to hand over the equipment or face legal action.
